1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Miller's Travel and Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”) services and website. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and packages

Package prices, dates and inclusions are subject to availability and may change. A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required deposit or payment and issued a confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details and travel documents.

3. Pricing

Prices are quoted in ZAR unless otherwise stated. We aim to display transparent pricing; any taxes, fees or surcharges that apply will be communicated before payment. Prices may change due to exchange rates, airline or supplier changes before confirmation.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the package and supplier. Please refer to our Payment & Refund Policy for details. Cancellation by you may incur fees; we will advise at time of booking.

5. Visa and travel documents

Visa approval is at the discretion of the relevant authorities. We assist with applications but are not responsible for refusals or delays. You must ensure passports and other documents meet requirements (e.g. minimum validity).

6. Third-party suppliers

Travel is provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Our obligations are as set out in our booking terms; we are not liable for acts or omissions of suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law (including consumer protection legislation). See our Disclaimer.

7. Changes, delays and events beyond our control

Travel arrangements may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier disruptions, weather, strikes, government action, border restrictions or force majeure events. Where this occurs, we will assist with rebooking, credits or refunds in line with supplier rules and applicable law, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes where third-party providers control the final decision.

8. Complaints

Any complaint should be raised with us as soon as possible and, where practical, within 30 days of the relevant event. Please send full details in writing to so we can investigate with suppliers where needed. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within a reasonable period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Unless required by law, changes do not apply retrospectively to bookings already confirmed; those bookings remain subject to the terms accepted at the time of confirmation.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
