Payment & Refund Policy

Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer (EFT), and may offer other methods (e.g. card, payment link) as indicated at time of booking. A deposit is typically required to confirm a booking; balance due dates will be stated on your confirmation. All amounts are in ZAR unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing
Quoted prices are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed and deposit received. We will communicate any applicable taxes, fees or surcharges before you pay.
Cancellations by you
Cancellation terms depend on the package and our suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Generally:
- Cancellation may incur administration and supplier fees; the closer to departure, the higher the fee is likely to be.
- Some components (e.g. visa fees, non-refundable tickets) may not be refundable.
- On request, we will provide a written breakdown of applicable cancellation charges and any estimated refundable amount based on supplier rules in force at that time.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it within 7-14 business days after we have received any recoverable amounts from suppliers and confirmed the final refund value. Refunds are paid to the original payment method where possible. Total timing may vary due to supplier release cycles, banking processing and public holidays.
Cancellations or changes by us / suppliers
If a supplier cancels or significantly changes your travel (e.g. flight cancellation), we will assist you with rebooking or refund in line with the supplier’s terms. We are not responsible for supplier actions; see our Disclaimer. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law (including consumer protection legislation).
Disputes
Any dispute about payment or refund should be raised with us in writing. We will respond in line with our Terms & Conditions.
