Travel services (flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas, etc.) are provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, coach operators and visa processors. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or changes made by these suppliers. Your contract for the actual travel may be with the supplier; we will assist you in line with our booking terms and the supplier’s conditions.

Visa and entry requirements

Visa and entry requirements are set by the relevant authorities (e.g. Saudi Arabia for Umrah). We assist with visa applications and information but cannot guarantee approval. Visa rules, fees and processing times can change without notice. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all entry requirements and have valid travel documents.

Prices, dates and availability on our website and in quotes are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Airline and hotel terms (e.g. non-refundable rates) apply as stated at booking. We aim to provide accurate information but do not guarantee that all details will remain unchanged by suppliers.
